Organizational Behaviour word has been consisted of two words "Organization" and "Behaviour".
Organization means a disciplined and regulatory process by which planned
objective turns into realistic. Behaviour means human behaviour inside an organization.
So, Organizational Behaviour can be defined as it is an interdisciplinary subject which
shields the study of workers or employees related Behaviour in an organization.
In different words, Organizational Behaviour is the all kinds of organizations or inside an
organizational Behaviour of labor, worker, and employee′s mutual connectivity. Such as
Business Organization, Service based organization, School etc.

groups and structure have on Behaviour within organization for the purpose applying
such knowledge toward improving n organizations effectiveness."
Fred Luthans said as "Organization Behaviour is directly concerned with the understanding
prediction and control of human Behaviour in organization."
Keith Davis defined “Organizational Behaviour is the study and application of knowledge
about how people as individual or as groups act within organizations.”
