Dr. DINESH.S born in Chitradurga, on 18th May, 1972 to Smt. Leelavathi and Siddavanahalli Shivanandappa. An achiever and a hard worker, he has to his credit a number of degrees acquired at a very young age. After completing undergraduate studies, he joined Law course at Sarasawathi Law College, Chitradurga in the year 1993. After completion of LL.B., he acquired Master Degree in Constitutional Law (LL.M) from University of Mysore in 1998. In 2008 he is awarded Master of Philosophy in Labour Studies (M.Phil) from Maduri Kamaraj University, Tamil Nadu. Further he also got one more Master Degree on New and Challenging Subject Intellectual Property Law (LL.M) from Sri Venkateshwara University, Thirupati, Andhra Pradesh, in 2009. He Received the Doctorate of Philosophy in Law (Ph.D) on the thesis “A Study on Geographical Indication as Tools to Protect the Traditional Knowledge under Intellectual Property Rights” from University of North Orissa under the guidance of Dr. (Prof) Jayadevi Pati, Retired Principal of Madhusudhana Law College, Cuttack, Orissa and Co-guidance of Dr. N.C Patnaik, Principal Lingaraja Law College, Berempur, Orissa in Feb 2015. He has written many articles in National and International Journals and presented the research papers in different National and State Level Conferences. He is a visiting Guest Faculty at Chitradurga Police Training School, since 2000. Presently he is working as Associate Professor of Law and NSS officer in S.J.M. Law College, Chitradurga, which is affto Karnataka State Law University, Hubballi.
