We are delighted to place the book “Financial Management” before the students of S.Y.B.B.A of Veer Narmad South Gujarat University. This book is prepared according to the syllabus of S.Y.B.B.A (Semester–III) In this book an attempt is made to present varied topics covered in the syllabus in clear, precise and lucid manner.
