Organizational Behaviour word has been consisted of two words "Organization" and "Behaviour". Organization means a disciplined and regulatory process by which planned objective turns into realistic. Behaviour means human behaviour inside an organization. Robbins states as "Organizational Behaviour studies the impact that individuals, groups and structure have on Behaviour within organization for the purpose applying such knowledge toward improving n organizations effectiveness." Fred Luthans said as "Organization Behaviour is directly concerned with the understanding prediction and control of human Behaviour in organization." Keith Davis defined “Organizational Behaviour is the study and application of knowledge about how people as individual or as groups act within organizations.”
